GRADING & COMPACTION
Once the ground is cleared of the old surface, it is graded and sloped to ensure proper drainage and flow. To prevent shifting and tearing, a sub-base is added, and compacted to stabilize the ground. Both grading and compaction are crucial for the avoidance of flooding or long-term water damage once the project is complete.
